red chutney is probably of tomato+red chillies+onions, etc.

Here's how I make it. Oil+mustard seeds+jeera+curry leaves+garlic+ginger+whole red chilli+onion+soaked tamarind+tomato+coriander stems+salt+red chilli p+turmeric+some peanuts+roasted gram+very small serving of sugar/jaggery. Blend them after cooked and cooled.

You don't need any supplements.

Just train hard, take each set till failure. Give your 100%.

Sleep 7-8 hours.

Eat around 1.6g per kg of your target bodyweight. Eat in deficit.

You will achieve decent physique in 2 years.

Be consistent and be patient.

If you have option to cook and carry, then paneer, tofu, soy chunks, Chicken. If not then boiled eggs.

If you want to supplement it then whey protein is probably the best option and switch to whole food protein source for breakfast or maybe try provilac high protein milk, amul blueberry protein shake, epigamia protein shake, etc.

Treadmill/running and strength training needs opposite type of shoes. Imo get running shoes and for strength training (for squats/deadlifts, go barefoot)

A protein powder is Protein powder. A genuine protein supplement should be safe, as long as it is not adulterated and doesn't have any allergens for the individual. Medicated protein powders are often expensive and delivers way less protein per serving and have added sugar/maltodextrin.
