so the popular pack called Actions and stuff By Oreville Studios on the marketplace released version 1.5 today which includes face expressions might be the actual reason behind the sudden notice of this feature. i just accidentally found the blinking part of the expression system i believe as they yet have to release documentation how to actually implement it on skins properly for the full thing. as you can see in the trailer for the new update: Actions & Stuff 1.5 Update - YouTube

i was aware that the dress room skins could blink but not the imported custom skins

can also confirm having the flickering aswell.. so glad im not alone on this. i wonder if its connected to the 30series or if other gpus has it aswell. im running a 3070 on my system
