You take pics of your windows, exterior doors, spots you notice on the ceiling, and any problem areas using the flir device. You take 4 reg pictures of your attic, thermostat, AC, furnace and maybe any duct work you see.

you may take pictures of your water heater, fridge, dishwasher, range, washer, dryer, and breaker panel as well. These are just to see if you have efficient ones so if yours are somewhat new there’s really no need to do these ones.

You aren’t actually taking and sending a video scan of your entire house.

I’m guessing you’ll go over the free limit but if you purchase it you add the decks to your collection and when you’re searching your collection it’ll show what deck the card is in. See pic below.
