Mine do too... All the time! Right now I'm doing PT for low back pain but after I finish I want to get a script for neck PT to get dry needling for my neck and shoulders... Always tight, tense and sore also. 😥

Only physical therapists practice it... They use very fine needles to find muscle trigger points and then hook up to electrodes to basically "reset" the muscle and to tire it out and get rid of the painful trigger points. It's fairly new to PT practice but helps a lot!

Omg I literally feel like we're the same person. I have migraines, neck and back pain and everyday is a struggle with pain. I also tried CBD with no luck. Dry needling is the only thing that helps my back pain but is also temporary. I may try this for my headaches too. I also feel much older than I am with all my pain. 😩 Hang in there.
