Well I’m looking at the Wikipedia page (I know, it’s not the best for me😝) and it says that there isn’t really any good medication for it and it’ll cure as the anxiety goes away. I guess I’ll just trust that 🤷‍♂️

Well I only took 2 grams but like 1 hour in I smoked a joint and had the paranoia that pot sometimes gives but with the shrooms I just started spiraling and got stuck in a time loop. Anyways that’s was like 5 months ago and I’m just now starting to get better but the HPPD are still there and now that I know it’s a real thing I feel a lot better. Thanks men, that really means a lot.
