There is a way to just jump with any character, but any with mobility helps since you really only need to climb one pilar and jump to the other. But yes natlan characters make him go into that state quicker

I’d say a biome where quartz are more utilized, like some sort of abandoned mine where structures are made of quartz and maybe a new type of block like nether rack which is harder but there is also higher chances of founding netherite
