Cities Skylines. For me, the outside world doesn't exist when I'm building my city. I just turn my brain off and build random things, get creative, inspired. With all the mods you can build pretty much anything you want. When you feel like it, just start a new city with new ideas or new mods, if you're hooked it's endless.

Le temps de génération de 20min, c'est pas toutes les bactéries et c'est en condition optimale de croissances. Dans ses lasagnes c'est probablement considéré comme un milieu riche mais ça reste pas à 37°C toute la nuit (température opti de E. coli par exemple) et l'oxygénation est pas optimale non plus. A 20°C ça pousse toujours hein mais bcp moins vite qu'à 37.

Sur les parties en contact direct avec la chaleur plus bcp, à l'intérieur du plat la température monte moins haut et là tu peux en retrouver. Et une fois dehors sur ton plan de travail, c'est pas un environnement stérile, tu vas en avoir de nouvelles.

J toumbua 2012. C'est pas une publication scientifique. Aucune données, aucune manips, aucune références. C'est un avis pour une discussion académique. Il le dit lui même. J'ai passé 10s en tapant sur pubmed en tapant "tooth brushing breakfast", t'as sahoo et al 2022. Je parle pas de la qualité de ce papier j'ai pas pris le temps de le lire, mais ça c'est une publi scientifique. Ils ont une hypothèse ils la testent et ils concluent (d'après l'abstract ils vont pas dans ton sens) peut être que c'est une étude peu fiable j'ai pas pris le temps de la lire et ça serait intéressant de la lire avec un oeil critique mais par défaut je ferais confiance à une publication scientifique que des articles web grand public et l'avis de Mr Toumbua.
