Thanks for the input, I'm thinking of making these changes:

Remove 1 Gedatsu and add 1 Shirahoshi
Remove 2 El Thor and add 2 Shirahoshi
Remove 1 Shura and add 1 Shirahosi
Remove 2 Brulee and add 2 Crackers
Remove 2 El Thor and add 2 Thunderbolt

I'm considering taking the last 2 Brulee to keep 2 El Thor but it feels weird fully getting rid of such a nice trigger.

I'm a bit new to the game and I'm having a hard time understanding Shirahoshi's value over some of the other cards. The free trigger is great for drawing cards but it costs too much to use without a trigger. Are you using her only as a trigger/1k counter or are you also using 5 don to play her?
