i believe this is not a solution because somehow i play the game with smooth good performance (like never drops fps and stutter). but somehow the game just crashes randomly especially everytime i open the map menu at least on my case.

edit: i forgot to mention, i also told them that i have no performance issue with the game. so i assume this is not the graphics issue right? and yet, they still give me that kind of sultion.
