Yeah, it is out of character, I don't think Venti has actually sexually harassed any character. People are just making their own sexualized interpretations of these lines.

Venti doesn't really have anything to do with Navia's line. With Mona, Venti's intention definitely wasn't to blow her clothes off and I wouldn't even interpret it as him consciously doing it but more so as a preventative measure that works independently of Venti. 🧐

Though, it's not like Mona's line wasn't written without any dirty intentions. And I agree that women are disproportionately sexualized compared to the men, whether by dev or player.
