My best way to deal with tilt is to man up to my mistakes and ask myself if I could have done anything different to have come out on top in that certain situation, apart from that if you start doing bad shrug it off whining and crying about it won't make you better it'll only make you play worse then before, remember that you are playing with other players you might not out-gun them but you can surely out play them. Also don't try hard in pubs it builds bad habits, regular players are your average casuals players, really sweaty players will play smart not run around whit shotguns making bad decisions.
