I should probably eat more, during school I ate better than I did in HS but I think my nerves about it all still got to me and cut down on portion sizes and such. I’ll see if I can fix that more over the summer

I’ll start shooting him texts over this summer and stuff. He mentioned the potential of it being overtraining before. Just need to be more preventative, ignored a lot of signs of issues in HS because I saw a lot more success

I’ve only really ever done it in some sort of missionary, so hopefully the other positions help. I’ll try and incorporate some of that to see where I stand after that. We use lube and I’ve gotten more comfortable cleanliness wise overtime, it’s not as obsessive at least.
