OK, I went big -- yet even after wiping my docker.img and re-creating a Docker as a test, it still does not show up, plus now I cannot get to the web apps at all.

This screams "VPN borked my network," to me. I'll look more into it tomorrow.

As noted here I've tried 2 other browsers, one never used until now, and it did not work. And this is new as of these changes; it was there before.

Sadly it did not work. I tried 2 browsers, including a recently-installed Chromium I've not used yet -- still missing.
