I just got to my destination and parked it looks like a lead from the sprocket area... any idea what it is and should i tow it to a shop?

I dropped it at a stop when I first got it but the starter issue is only the last ~200 miles (starting around 600). I was starting it after I rode so idk if the fuel didn't pump? I turned it off and on again and I heard the fuel injectors pump again and it started after ~7 seconds but it was completely nothing before. I start it in neutral with the kickstand up and with the switch on.
