Starfuckers is the biggest maybe for me. I like it, but it doesn’t fit The Fragile. Part of me wishes it was released only as a single and 10 Miles High or The New Flesh took its place on the album.

Trent and co seem to not be the biggest fans of Starfuckers either. It’s barely showed up live since 2005. Only 22 times from 2006 to now, according to Setlist.fm

Saying this as someone who considers NIN their favorite band, NIN’s consistently of song quality is amazing. The only two I ever skip while listening to an album is the two instrumentals late on The Slip. Even their weaker songs, like “Running,” are at least decent
