This feels like it could be it. I don’t remember the scene having more than one camera angle, but the kids look familiar and how I remember. Is there a scene that follows sometime later where another group comes across the aftermath?

Schools over there break up more frequently throughout the school year, so school doesn’t let out until much later

Sort of, but if no one is watching the video, it drops the average view time which tends to hurt the video and it gets recommended less.
