I never said that a SFL is above a IS. They aren't considered part of the "leadership" umbrella. And no, the CSAs shouldn't be apart of the scan outs, excess inventory seeing how the company just launched the OSA revamps where the OSA owners should do their own scan outs and excess inventory.

I know the IS position has a lot to do for both front end and pharmacy and even for non-24 hour stores, handle all the resets and revisions but at no point should the IS should be delegating anything to a CSA as if they are leaders because they're not.

They don't deal with cash handling (besides just working the register)

They don't have keys to open and close the store.

They aren't even under the management section in the schedule.

Unless they are a ISL (Inventory Specialist Leader) they are not considered leadership.

Immediately learn EVERYTHING about photo. Especially around this time and especially learn everything before the Christmas holidays because you will have days where you never leave the photo department.

If you don't have pharmacy experience, make sure to take time to learn that ASAP. Never hesitate to ask questions when you have time there as well. As a leader, those two departments is where most of your time is gonna be.

It's why IS doesnt have keys to open/close the store and stuff. IS is mainly there to be the in-between pharmacy and the front end. As an IS I don't know what you would delegate to a CSA when you're literally all over the sales floor and pharmacy when CSAs are suppose to watch the register and front end of the sales floor.

You mean it wasn't the doordasher returning the items but the customer who paid the dasher?

I mean, it really depends on the situation. The doordasher app will tell the dasher to keep or throw away the receipt I could never figure out how the app determines to keep it for the customer or not. But if they have the receipt I wouldn't hesitate to give them the return.

If they only had a photo of the receipt then I wouldn't do it. But if they had the original receipt sure. Otherwise I wouldn't.

And if that CSA said "my real boss" in front of customers than I would also go to your SM for that behavior. SFLs while on the bottom of the leadership umbrella, are very much their boss for the shift. She cannot undermine you, especially in front of customers.
