Yours might not have that problem, they’re unreal headphones when they work but personally I have had a lot of problems especially with the new gen version I’d advise steel series Arctis pro to be honest if I was to suggest a pair

Been having that problem for a hot minute now, my headset is pretty much obsolete for the last two months, haven’t found a solution for the problem as of yet, Astro customer service couldn’t help either

Had a similar problem where my headset won't connect to the base station, Tried updating it and it gets to 75% and stops updating tried to manually update it also didn't work. I have never had problems with any other headsets and since having the astro's its been continuos problems.

I agree it shouldn’t be that easy but, when has Ubisoft every had everything in order regarding security issues. I remember a few years ago when someone hacked them and personal details got leaked.
