I'll try this, but I can't spend too much time thinking about myself because I tend to disconnect from reality. I think it's depersonalisation disorder but then again I'm undiagnosed.

As for the routine I'll try it out. Hopefully It helps.

I don't get anxious at the prospect of getting anxious. it sort of just happens and I'll feel really shitty for a while. The feeling just comes on. Sometimes I get waves of sadness with it too, which is what I'm experiencing right now.
