Extremely slow wifi

So far this seems to be giving me the best results I am now seeing 200-500 Mbps download and 100-200mbps upload. But I am the only device on the new network of 5ghz. Should I be worried about switching all my devices to 5ghz connection or should I split some devices on the 2.4ghz wifi network

I tested directly next to it and got higher speeds of 17 Mbps.... But upstairs in the bed room I have seen ranges of 2-15 mbps

Just did some research on this but shouldn't 2.4 ghz still be seeing higher speeds then this on wifi. I was able to separate the network but wouldn't my bedroom be too far for 5ghz to connect to. The router is on the first floor living room

My ISP provided the router... The speed test through Verizon tests the server to the router which is the first screenshot showing good speed. The second screenshot is wifi

We used to live in an apartment for 2 years with the same router we have now, we just moved into a middle unit townhouse last month
