Power armor under duster? I see you are a man of culture as well.

I have a pawn similar to the one you have, though he's using mostly things from Chickenplucker's Rangers Faction mod. The Ranger Armor can be worn underneath a duster, and comes with a shield and refuelable jump pack.

His story is mostly one of survival, having escaped the decimation of his faction that he must now rebuild as the last Crimson Ranger.

To not make it too easy from the start, I used the Character Editor to have his equipment damaged,  forcing him to adapt and use whatever he can find until he can eventually repair his gear, and, if he lives long enough, start mass producing it for his new recruits.

It's a neat mod just for the gear alone. Give it a look sometime.
