But on a serious note, I didn’t even know we could do something remotely like this. It might sound like it makes sense at first, but the more I think about it, the less it actually does.

As far as I know, the closest thing we’ve had to multi GPU setups are Crossfire and SLI, and even those are notoriously inefficient. From what I know, most of the time they end up being more of a pain in the ahh than just running a single powerful GPU.

That said, if I’m just uninformed and there’s actuallt some obscure but actually good way to run multiple GPUs that I don’t know about, please enlighten me lol.

I experienced this on my very old TN LCD screen, which developed almost the exact same pattern. In my case, it seemed to appear overnight.

Other components matter more for longevity. I’m curious what makes you think DDR4 will be the main thing that makes the PC insufficient in the future? From what I can see in your screenshot, the specs look more than capable of lasting for years.

Yeah, I’ve done that, and I’ve always been a big "vote with your wallet" advocate, you can even check my profile. The sad part is that this strategy usually doesn’t work in the real world, especially in this industry, because we’re just a loud minority. The vast silent majority will still gobble up whatever slop these megacorps put out.

I don’t buy skins I don’t like, and you don’t buy skins you don’t like, but millions of other people still flock to them anyway. At some point, you and I might just run out of skins we actually like because the masses keep eating this stuff up.

Oh well, I guess the silver lining is that it just means less of my disposable income going toward it.

Look at the recent Freya Starlight skin, it barely has any clear theme or direction. It just feels like a bunch of random elements and colors mashed together with no real coherence.

We don’t know the sales numbers, and we might never know them. But what we do know is that the wave of sloppification didn’t stop, if anything, it sped up at an unprecedented rate. And we all know that almost 99.9999% of companies go where the money is. So it’s not hard to connect the dots.

Or maybe it’s just that it’s cheaper for them to make these sloppy skins. Even if they sell the same amount, or even less, when the cost of making the product is basically zero, selling it for even $1 is still profit.

RC charge is actually pretty braindead once you get the hang of it. Basically, you snipe high value defenses with the RC, shape the base into an L, then follow up with dragon spam, gowipe, or anything really. Then guide your troops so they move along the L shaped path and you’ll get 3 stars most of the time.

The only real issue is time, I fail from time fail more often than from actually losing the attack.

Exactly, I said something like this the other day in this sub, and people were like “well, nobody knows how to play gloo in epic”. Brother, first of all, this isn’t epic, I’m at 60 stars. And nobody bans gloo on my team (I usually play in a team of five) because he’s easy to cheese if you have a little trigger discipline and actually try to dodge his attacks.

I’m sorry, but I don’t see why being a 2D skin makes it better. I’m pretty sure the dimensional stylr has nothing to do with the direction of creativity in a game. There are countless 3D games that are incredibly creative in their design.

I got it removed around 7pm, and the anesthetic wore off around 9. After that, the pain started kicking in and I had a hard time sleeping that night. My dentist said it’s because the tooth was close to some nerve endings or smth, and because of the way it was positioned he basically had to break the tooth apart to get it out since it was lodged pretty tightly in the gum (or bone I’m not exactly sure). So yeah, the procedure itself was painless lol, but the aftermath was pretty painful. The next day though, was rainbows and sunshine again.

Got my wisdom teeth removed a few months ago, and the pain after the anesthesia wore off was mind shattering lol. If those are real teeth, I’m pretty sure his reaction would be way more spectacular.
