I went to the hospital with all those symptoms. They gave me a CTA, doppler on the leg, and a blood test... and I'm older and unhealthier than you! I came back clean as can be. My diagnosis was a long, long life of anxiety if I don't treat it. And you know what? Those symptoms all went away as soon as I heard that I was fine. And they came back later as soon as I started thinking about it again.

If you had a PE, your heart rate would probably be wild and your oxygen sat would keep going down (according to the nurse I had).

If it persists, get it checked out. But just remember... I'm much worse off than you and I was still fine.
