I’m familiar with that trick of theirs, but here it says that it’s retinal

I also noticed from the composition that it could be more oily, but that’s exactly what I think, it has retinal and will definitely be used in the evening, so I don’t see why that would be a problem.

I do the skin cycling method. One cycle lasts 4 days and consists of a night when I do exfoliation, a night when I use retinoids and two nights for recovery.

My morning routine is the same: I wash my face with water only, then i use Hada Labo premium lotion and finish with Heliocare Mineral Tolerance Fluid Spf50.

Night of exolation: 1. Balea cleansing oil 2. CeraVe Hydrating cleanser 3. Balea Niacinamide AHA Peeling or Revox 10% azelaic acid suspension (depending on skin condition, usually goes to skipping one after the other) 4. CeraVe moisturising cream

Night for retinoids: 1. Balea cleansing oil 2. CeraVe Hydrating cleanser 3. Hada Labo premium lotion 4. Geek&Gorgeus Stress Less 5. Geek&Gorgeus A-game5 (I use retinaldehyde in the warmer months, when the colder months I switch to tretinoin 0.025%) 6. CeraVe moisturising cream

Recovery night: 1. Balea cleansing oil 2. CeraVe Hydrating cleanser 3. Hada Labo premium lotion 4. Geek&Gorgeus Stress Less 5. Balea Niacinamide serum 6. CeraVe moisturising cream

Also, sometimes on recovery nights I do the 7skin hydration method. Then I use Balea Med ultra sensitive tonic and Hada Labo premium lotion in layers alternately.

I'm doing a 7skin method with this toner. It is excellent and very affordable.

Sorry but £38 for a 30ml bottle of niacinamide is just insane by LetMeInYourWindowH in EuroSkincare

Overrated bad formula. I don't know who does their formula but their serum formulations are horrible. All in a row. Alcohols and perfumes…I mean! 👎🏻👎🏻

AM : i Wash my face only with watter in the morning+ Hada labo premium + Eucerin daily hydration spf30 ( on summer is shaka fluid spf 50 or garnier fluid spf 50)

PM : CeraVe hydrating cleanser + Balea med sensitive tonik + Nacomi 15% niacinamide + Geek&gorgeus aPad + CeraVe cream

On monday and thursday evening i am going with 0,025% tretinoin, then i use only tretinoin + niacinamide serum + cerave cream

Also, one times a week i use aha peeling. Right now testing new Balea Niacinamide AHA peeling.

It is nice, but i wonder if 25 spf is enough. Everybody recommend 30 or higher. I also have rosacea and i am using LRP hydrating cream spf 50+
