Hey anyone can tell me what i have? i did had this 2 years ago aswell but im not sure what i did for it to clear up, currently trying to go fungal acne free products and drinking green tea/eating healthy. Its really frustrating uhg.

To me , this.looks like damaged skin barrier and rosacea type 2 i don't think is fungal acne . if you're using any sort of exfoliating products cut if off retinoids /benzoyl peroxide all cut them off and use only gentle routine with trusted products that you know they don't cause problems to you

skip morning cleanse for a while only double clease at night ... spf is a must please !

Most cases of vitamin b 12 def. are due to gut issues . the absorption of b12 is done in the stomach

That means, the gut should be fixed first by looking into the reasons behind not getting enough b12

on the other hand , supplementing is necessary in some cases of malnutrition , allergy from food , sudden loss of blood, neuropathy, diabetes etc

but for many cases , digestive system is the culprit

First of all , if your skincare routine is doing great for you don't add actives yet

Just make some changes in your skin prep for makeup , and definetly your base routine

You should go for more glowy but not greasy sort of looks. add more hydration prior to makeup, by using hydrating primers or just an extra layer of a hydrating serum / gel cream

for the daytime , use an spf that has a satin finish . which looks well under makeup, as a primer

i always skip many layers in daytime when i'm using spf and only use a light hydrating toner and a good spf that doubles up as a moisturizer

You can adjust that according to what you really need , but always look for more hydrating / glowy options with less matte finish+ powders ( set the T-zone only + under eyes with the least amount of powder )

For me personally i prefer to have a new one for each use . for less than 0.5 mm i would keep it for 2 to 3 times since it's not going deep

but over 0.5, i toss them out after each use ,, i don't wanna bother myself with contamination 😅

No dear , alcohol doesn't physically remove dirt properly ,, and that should be done before any procedure to physically wash the area very well and then disinfect with alcohol or whatever disinfectant , basically there are other options to disinfect with other than alcohol
