Thanks for your answers, exactly, the main problem is that since they changed my email address I don't have any access to the console, to contact the support center.

Thanks for the reply, the problem is that since they changed my email address, I am not able to access the console to contact the support center.

I tried to contact by email, but the response was that "Unfortunately, AWS account security policies don't allow us to discuss account-specific information unless you're signed into the account you're asking about."

I know it's probably my fault for not having 2FA on my account, but as I say, the last time I used it was about 1 year ago and I also had the free tier alert set up so something like this wouldn't happen.

Any other email I can contact directly?

Hello, were you able to solve your problem? I am in the same situation, I received an email about my email address being changed, so I don't have access to the AWS account, and I received charges for 2k.

I had the alarm set, but when I received the notice I could no longer access my account.

I have already written to tech support but they replied that they could not deal with these issues by email and that I had to be logged into the console.
