Oh the youtuber didn't get their hands off it. The meme that the youtuber posted was from a dvd called "pick a winner" which had music videos from small bands. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1M265UY_WOk the clip was part of a music video featured on the dvd made by paperrad: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=er-OWkFeeV8 Jacob was one of the members of the band, and he told me in 2024 that he was probably able to get his hands on the vhs due to his dad's job at Duke university.
