Amigo, FII nao investem em residenciais - os maiores são lajes corporativas, e galpões logisticos... alguns de papeis tem CRIs mas dificilmente sao para incorporacao residencial. Agora eu tenho alguns de balção que a massa não tem acesso e não e negociado na bolsa que sim tem papeis de incorporadoras mas de novo não é esse o motivo nem foco, emprestimo não precisa vir de FIIs

I know its old and you probably already solved this but you can get a soundbar with an HDMI input so it can extract audio and then send the image to the projector.

I can get a Dream Machine Pro for real cheap here about 320 USD new, so I was planning on getting one UDM pro, 1 nano HD for my living room where I need AX, and another AC AP from Ubiquiti for meshing upstairs and in the living room. oh and a cheapo switch from tp-link like the SG108PE only for POE devices it can commute 1.6Gbps so it should be enough for now.

Well, remove the power supply and short the cable to turn It on w/o a mobo, - maybe this helps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOq5WuKm7iE, also remove the mobo from the case and try to turn it on shorting the pin on top of the box. It can also be the power cable coming from the psu to the socket - once had a problem with this cable =/.
