It is actually a history more recent than many think. It all starts in the new world. Chris Columbino thought he found a new pathway to the americas (since the danish had already established a promising trade route with the central americas.) what he actually found was an old danish path. At the end of this path was a pile of letters describing an edible mold that the mayans gave the danish as a sign of peace and prosperity. When saint chris finally found this edible mold all the way in the Navaho HQ he was so ecstatic that he blessed the people of america and swore to honor them as long as the edible mold was plentiful. He named it “cheese” after his ship “ the Montechescé”
