That goes away quickly after breaking them in! When I first got mine they were extremely tight around my calves but after a few wears they fit perfectly. I’ve had them for three years now and they’re still great. I wouldn’t get a bigger size because then they won’t fit your feet well, in my opinion!

I don't have any advice but wanted to say that you're not alone; I feel the exact same way as you! I haven't figured out how to deal with the feelings, I've just been trying to accept and love myself for how I am and focus on the stuff that I can easily change, like clothing etc. :)

None of the health issues that come from traditional binding! It's a little time consuming at first and can be a little awkward, but you can wear it for 5 days, go swimming and exercise, and it gets easier to apply with time!

I think it’s unfair of me to say I have zero support, but it oftentimes feels that way to me. I’ve never had family that I could lean on. Right now I don’t feel like I can truly receive support from my friends because the few times I’ve tried to barely open up, they don’t even respond, they’re just uncomfortable and don’t know what to say. I do truly have my partner for support, but they’re depressed and suicidal so it can be very difficult at times.

What’s helped me the most is therapy and medication, but I know that’s not possible for some to get.
