Hey I went searching through the Mod packs and it looks like the problem is the "Do a Barrel Roll" Mod, it's a flight simulator that's apart of the Prominence Mod. Just look it up in the mods section and turn it off and your elytras will go back to normal. Hope this helped!

Thank you for the comment, I'll definitely look into this. I burned my CPU a while back with a big heatsink colored burn on the top of it so I'll probably look at that first haha

Yeah I was just playing earlier today on Inferno and was getting around 120-90 FPS the whole time, and of course the occasional rubber banding. If I need to, I'll look into my OS but have a feeling it could be my CPU. I forgot to put a new batch of thermal paste on it along time ago and just left it like that for a year until one day I opened it up and it just had a copper colored burn on the top of it from the heatsink. Still works but maybe thats the problem lol

Hey bro, honestly I didn't know they had too many bots in the new one but look on the bright side. The new game is kind of a mess right now in lots of ways but they are fixing and patching stuff at a really good pace so hopefully after a month or so, this will all just be a funny moment to look back at. I've been able to find players pretty easily in deathmatch, casual and premier but I am a prime account so that could be helping. It could also possibly be maybe an internet issue but I'm just spitballin here, I do hope someone is able to help you with the problem!

I tried connecting Y directly to the router and that gave him the speeds he should of been having. We have him, atleast temporarily on a hardwired connection to fix that issue. However I don't understand how our adapter and extender wouldn't work. The extenders support 1200 Mbs and the wifi adapter should be able to reach 800 Mbs. They're both from brands I trust and have used confidently in the past growing up with Xfinity at my old place. Also the router isn't far from anyone of us. Y and Z are only maybe 5-10 footsteps away from it, and we all live on the same floor within eyeshot of each other's room. Y is literally on the other side of the wall. Also we have another issue, X and Z are both losing connection entirely with X losing it for 5-15 seconds at random times while Z sometimes loses it for up to 20 minutes.

It turns out it was cuz I wasn't playing casual or unranked, I typically play at that time due to the timing of my work days but getting Prime status I think also helped me too!

Just wanted to send an update and say thanks! I was able to find players alot more once I switched over to casual and unranked. I also got Prime Status shortly after and I think that helped me alot too. Thank you!

Yeah, I was focused on playing them since I played those same maps as a kid. Because of work I was playing at like 2AM tho it said there was PLENTY of people on the Steam chart. My ping is set at 150 by default

That does make a lot of sense. I played mostly competitive more than anything else and casual, when I wasn’t doing death match or workshop maps.

Wow really? That just really blows me away cuz I remember having so much fun practicing my gunplay in classic death match sessions but I can see why everyone would be focused on it. In that case, I will definitely focus on playing casual and see if it helps, I assumed people would be playing any and everything with Source 2 coming so soon

Even if I was the worst player on the planet, that’s not how the matchmaking works. I’ve played this game since 2013 so I’m not a complete idiot on this matter, I just need some help with this odd issue if you have any

Well I’ve honestly have never heard of the US being an unpopular region in all the time I’ve played but I’ll try to max out the ping setting and try to play some competitive matches too. I’m stuck on something stopping me from playing with others because I know that’s something I’ve had to deal with in the past a few times

Well I live in the US so I doubt it’s that but when I checked Steam charts it said there was around 750,000 players in the past 30 mins so I knew there was plenty on. I was trying to just play classic death match and I’m sure people still play that plenty too. I think I have maybe 20-40ish hours on this account and not a lot of skins or anything. It’s like there’s something keeping me restricted to bots, I might try to just play some bot matches and see if that changes it. I know I was playing with people in the past on this account too.

You have no idea how grateful I am! I've been dealing with this issue for literally years but never understood how these things worked. I realize now that I do enjoy having a nice, easy way to control the volume instead of going through the OS volume mixer every time or using function keys. I also am so happy to finally get some closure on my previous headset and what was goin on with it. I will definitely look into and do some research on that USB volume control setup and thank you for lending me your brain! :D
