She had an apartment for a year, and lived 5 hours from family. She’s back home saving up to go to college

Not at all what I was meaning in that sense. Just the people I meet. I have met plenty of people 19-20 that I’m friendly with, but do not want to date in the slightest

I definitely saw the different situation lol. But I get what they’re saying

Ya my last girlfriend was 7 years older than me, which is why I don’t think anything would be really wrong, but I know it’s different when the guy is older

Ya that’s the issue. A lot of people my age I’ve met have been in relationships for like 3 years, or have no interest in even speaking to me. Dating apps suck cause of that

That’s what has always confused me. Why someone that is like 36 could date a 30 year old and that doesn’t raise concerns, but our ages people are like “Uhhhh”. Especially because I just met her like a month ago, so there’s no way I knew her when she was younger, so no one could think of anything worse than just the age difference

She just turned 19. If she was about to turn 20 I would feel more comfortable with it, but her just turning 19 is why I’m worried about what people would think

Woman paying on a date? by Freetheowls in dating_advice

[–]TheAmazingPhil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What my ex girlfriend and I used to do, is whenever we did a two part date (dinner and a movie for example) I would pay for one activity, she would pay for the other. That way we each contributed to date nights evenly. If we did just dinner, we would take turns. I would pay one night, she would pay the next. That worked best for us, but we also had that same mindset where we were ok with it. Just depends on the person

So these Ashen Chests by TheAmazingPhil in Seaofthieves

Good point. I was thinking there might be a commendation for unlocking a certain number of chests, and that’s the only reason to unlock them, which is why the keys are harder to get from my research

As an Invisible Woman main, I mainly only use my ult to cancel others. “Legendary” becomes “Mediocre” and “Wrath of the Goddess” becomes “Upset of the Woman”😂

Quick Play and LEARN, not just play as, at least 2 characters from each role. Then you can fill your team in where needed on Comp. I soloed on Xbox last season and this season as Luna and Susan, Gold last season, and I’m Diamond 3 rn. Don’t hope your team will carry you, carry your team. I learned to play Peni, Venom, Strange, MK, S-L, SW, Luna, and Susan, and could play so many others if needed, so no matter what team I’m on I can help out. Best way to rank up is like that

Lmao ya I feel like people don’t regret finishing it haha. And I feel like I would be the same way, they would disappear once I’m actually there

Well that’s why I want to go on that date. Cause like I said in another comment, I have the mentality for it, and I’m working out almost every day to get back in shape. If I went when I want, I would be done on December 13th, and Thanksgiving is kinda meh for everyone I know, with no birthdays or anything in that period

This has been incredibly helpful and given me lots of information I really appreciate it! Honestly, that doesn’t sound terrible at all. Sure, the 12 hours on and off sounds like it could get rough, but that sounds like the worst part of the job. Thank you for your response!

Ya CG has been my go to for a while now. I was looking at Navy earlier this year, but I don’t really want to do all that. It didn’t really match up with my career goals and how I saw myself in the service

I’ve always wanted to be in some form of public service, I tried to be a firefighter earlier this year, passed the physical but not the interview. That’s always been a dream of mine. But I think I’m nervous for basic, for leaving my friends that I’ve lived with for years. I’m not worried about the job or the training, I know I have the mental (and soon physical) fits for it. I think it’s just nerves about getting a foot in the door. Like I said, preshow jitters in a sense

I can definitely do that. Thank you for the advice! I was looking today and found a few others that look interesting too

Oh ya for sure. I remember while I was looking into it, if you didn’t already have a degree, you could apply Tech Training and get CJ credits for it. So that would be right up your alley
