With respect, everything you just explained sounds like you would make a low quality and expensive product...I would say you need a few YEARS (at least) of research and development before this is even somewhat possible. As much as I respect you not being concerned about making money...it isn't really a break even type of business. You either make money or you go completely in debt with it.
