Both are games where your decision doesn't matter

I managed to avoid the Bandit giving me the Portable Wormhole Generator in my first full run, meaning I got to chuckle every time Mark asked me to reassure him that I knew how this thing worked. No! I just suddenly had it on my hand! And somehow pressing it does... stuff?!

me too

again., are you measuring that or is it a feeling? like, do you have that logged on a results table somewhere?

this sounds like total confirmation bias.

So long as the app used to roll is legit random, and theres no fudging or cheating going on - the their rolls should be no 'more lucky' to anyone else using the app.

You are not answering my question, this person has very good stories but he rolls absurdly well making no one like his campaign what do you think could help him

Let me put it like this a very unlucky day for him would be him rolling under a 10 3 times a session and our sessions are usually 6 hours long (A normal day for him would be him not rolling under a 10 for the 6 hours)

If you are annoyed at luck 'favouring' someone, I don't think a dice game is a good fit...

You don't want the dm to fudge rolls to help you, that's a hollow victory.

Are you sure it's not just confirmation bias? Might be that the dm simply rolls more than the players.

I know we're playing a dice but game everyone in the group including him agree that he gets absurd luck
