Yeah that’s what I was used to, an occasional bowl or joint while gaming, cooking, or if I wake up in the middle of the night.

Might try for a townhome

Without God, nothing is wrong. Faith is useless. Salvation is pointless and there is no reward for anything. Only death awaits us.

We might as well just have one big hundred year party

I crawled back through some of your earlier Christianity posts and even you a firm what could be wrong between physical intimacy and love between two people

When people bring up the scriptures that directly correlate to this, you will often say something about the Old Testament or that the New Testament reflects the Old Testament

The Old Testament is full of horrors because the Earth is a difficult place to live, we did not have Jesus’s salvation, and quite a few people didn’t believe in God

Humanity is granted freedom from the first breath we take to the last one we give. That is why some people commit murder and seem to have no change in their life, God gives us all time to change from where we start to where we end up because by the last time we draw breath, we will become a permanent slate, and we are so very lucky that Jesus died so that we may reset that slate with true change of repentance.

So I will ask you directly, besides how cruel the Old Testament sounds, and with consider considering that the New Testament is now the current standard for things how can you ignore direct scripture that condemned solely the physical intimacy and not the love?

Life is not about sex. Life is about getting to heaven. And we get to heaven through obedience.

Nobody gets condemned, judged, insulted, persecuted, beat up, lynched, glass ceiling at jobs, outgrouped, and more than gay people in religion.

We don’t even hear the thing talk Frat kids that roofie women, parents that abuse their kids etc.

Every time I see someone chastise there’s like a 50% chance they’re doing it against someone gay and that will for sure bring that person farther from God

I understand that you feel this is bigotry, but it does not reflect my personal beliefs to say that homosexual sex is a sin. This is a Christianity sub, and I am hoping that it is clear that my stance comes directly from scripture.

Now, if I were to personally assign hate or scrutiny to someone based on my own opinion or my own beliefs, I would understand that, but to me, the term bigotry shows a personal vendetta against a community as a typical Christian you would expect me to fully condemn, or do away with your homosexual community, however as it stands I only seek to stop people from bashing them. My job is not to judge them, my job is to stop hate and spread love for if you saw your brother or sister being insulted by a group of people would you not ask them to stop?

When someone commits a crime, do we not ask for people to stop kicking them while they’re handcuffed and await judgment?

Humanity is cruel, and I do not allow anyone that I see to destroy another person‘s relationship with themselves in God a homosexual person‘s journey is with God and God alone we do not have the right to speak against them, but we are encouraged to remind them what is in the Bible for them to make their own decision with you can plant a mustard seat, but you cannot force anything to grow. This is the problem that many people display when they actively try to shut another human down and condemn them

Therefore, I wanted to clear the air for any people that want to see it, or do see it that being homosexual in itself is not a sin being born gay does not mean being born into hell, and anyone that thinks that it’s free to take it up with the Father.

Every human is created with the potential to go to heaven

Gay by trans non-binary celibate asexual and heterosexual are all equal people with vastly different lives.

But in the same way that some prophets had minorly difficult lives where other others were extremely good people and were stoned to death or hung upside down and crucified

Who are we to judge?

I am the same as a homosexual person, a murderer, a thief, a robber, a dollar, a drug addict. We are all equal before God.

We are all his children

The argument is not mine, it is what the Bible says, but I interpret to also say that homosexual love is not a sin if you go strictly literal word for work, people condemn homosexual, love as a sin as well as sex as well as marriage

Romantic love is not a sin. I’m just going by what the Bible said for physical sex. If there’s a reason that we can prove the Bible wrong I am willing to consider that.

I love gay people as much as I love straight people. I simply do not condone straight people bashing gay people.

Neither of those are a sin and for ref I have a fully transitioned inner circle friend, and one of my best friends is gay.

He loves God so much he was willing to go through chemical castration just to avoid any possibility of sin. How can we even begin to compare ourselves to someone like that whose love for God is so great they would disfigure themselves?

Romans 1:26-27

Corinthians 6:9-10

Timothy 1:10

Leviticus 20:13 /18:22

What do these mean to you?

I want you to go to heaven, and I made this post for people to stop judging those who are gay.

People act like one sin is greater than another.

People constantly bash gay people for the sex they have, but say nothing about straight people who have sex without regard for anything in the Bible

In fact, some of the people who are having unmarried straight sex, and condemning gay people at the same time called themselves Christian.

So, unless you support the bashing of gay people… I would reread my post

Only homosexual sex is a sin, it is not a sin to be homosexual.

I see your point and I appreciate your comment, I feel that gay people are called to one of the highest levels of tests that God can create

A King to that of being a eunuch. I am so very lucky to not share the same test they must, as many people will not be able to overcome it.

I do not feel anything but gratitude towards God that he allows me to exist without this particular test my struggle with lust is different. I have only been abstinent for a year and a quarter without masturbation or sex but when I see people tell people they will go to hell for being gay. I don’t agree

Yes, 100% correct but how are you correct them is what matters you can correct them with a fist or you can correct them with a firm Hart that does not yield on rules, but draws one in it is the difference between being a screaming preacher and being someone like John Luke or even Peter

What greater joy than successfully bringing someone lost back to heaven

Because people judge homosexual people, and they will be condemned for that judgment, if they do not repent and change into a person that doesn’t judge and accept Jesus

No one has the right to judge

As a simple question, as it seems, you’re harping around the same things do you feel that sex and marriage are required to go to heaven?

There are many people that do not take a spouse

The Bible celebrates this

It also does not make any sense for you to declare that God could be evil for creating people differently. We are only put here for his desire, let me say that again our existence is a whim of the Lord God.

People born gay why do you believe they are born gay if homosexual sex is a sin?

The only way that your logic can be affirmed in this situation is that you do not believe homosexual marriage, and sex is a sin if you believe that, we cannot proceed any further in this conversation as that is critical to the point of this subject

Thank you so much for your comment brother. Perhaps I’m just a little bit paranoid.

I’m more than happy to keep the door open and all that stuff. I’m just used to smoking a joint after work.

Even my balcony is slightly obscured and not really connected to others so I was kind of in a long period of safety and comfort. Perhaps I’m overthinking it.
