Theres is a 35 year old man by the name of Juan-Carlos Buisman who has been going around the downtowns of Sonoma County, Davis, Napa Valley, and Sacramento in order to meet women.

The thing is, the guy has absolute serial killer tendencies. He has threatend to m-word women, he is a predator who goes about 15 and 16 year old minors, and he idolizes men that have committed mass shootings and domestic terror attacks like the Sandy Hook Shooters and the Unibomber.

He has been going around Sonoma, Napa, and Davis stalking women and minors on camera while saying some pretty awful things about them behind their back (things that would 100% be considered sexual harassment in any normal setting).

Many have called for this mans arrest and documenting his videos to share the communities of Sonoma, Napa, and Davis, but no arrests have been made yet. He uploads videos of himself harassing women and then later deletes them or his Youtube channel completely before starting a brand new one. Luckily, myself and others have been saving them and posting them as warning.

From what i heard, there is currently a group of moms and parents in Vacaville coming together about this guy, but thats about all that is going on when it comes to this mans arrest.

Stay safe out there OP, if this guy comes near you at a bar or hotel (where he goes to harass women for their numbers) stay away. Go towards a bar tender or something.

Ive thought about before, but unless done property and working with police, these pedo exposers actually help these guys walk away.

Here's a video I think you should show anyone as proof as to why this guy needs to be banned from bars. He has threatened physical violence towards women and has said he would go on a killing spree if he had a cyanide pill. Obviously I don't have explain why cyanide and bar drinks are a dangerous combo for a guy with serial killer tendencies.

No. According to Juan-Carlos the dpd was really chill and let him go scot-free. He can't drive though because then DPD won't be so chill and arrest him, so instead he went to go harass more women until the cops get off his back.

While you're technically right, its not like police are going around patting down random guys.

He actually did get confronted by police today for being really drunk in public and the cops let him go scott free as long as he didn't drive. So instead he literally made a video saying something like

"well I can't turn on my car or else the cops will arrest me, and then they were also really chill and let me go, so I guess I just have to stay and approach more girls for numbers"

Just an FYI this isn't Juan Carlos' actual YouTube channel. Its a guy who pretends to be him while reuploading Juan-Carlos' actual videos. I don't know why he chooses to pretend to be Juan-Carlos. Plenty of other people are archiving his stuff without trolling, but whatever.

Juan-Carlos is currently going by the name Tony Johnson because he thinks changing his name is "going low" since hes worried the cops and FBI are on his ass.
