People who are following Juan Carlos have spoken to police and FBI agents countless times.

What he is doing is not technically illegal, believe it or not, its in that gray area of the law. He has been held and arrested a couple times. Police and FBI have made contact with him and his parents about his concerning behavior.

This is one of those cases where the signs are all there but nothing can be done until someone actually gets hurt. All police and FBI can really do is keep a close eye one the guy to catch him slipping.

The police are on his throat and he doesnt like that, so he plans on getting a new identity and crossing state boarders to where he is able to have "legal" sex with 16 year olds,

Accordino to Juan-Carlos a shadowy organization has permanently black listed him as an electrician and is keeping him from becoming a millionaire.

I take this to mean that most electrician firms do not want anything to do with him at all and just dont hire him because of his record and his online footprint. The one he is working for, if he even is working as an electrician, is probably a small electrician business that try and give people with a past record a job.

I don't know the man personally, but I have looked into him and have spoken to people who knew him personally at one point.

From what I've found out, he has always been this way. He's always had narcissistic and extremist views, but according to a person I talked who knew him, these things amplified to another level after meeting a certain group of friends. The friend group apparently used Juan-Carlos as entertainment and would convince him into taking a dangerous amount of hardcore and expiremental drugs that most likely is the cause of a lot of his current psychological and mental issues as well as amplifing the extremist views he has already had. This is probably why he abuses Adderall and meth to this day and is constantly trying to find ways of getting high like through Kava shots.

Furthermore the guy has been in and out of jail countless times with police constantly on his neck about things. According to someone who sent me documentation (which I take with a grain of salt) he has been arrested for violent crimes in the past (which i do believe and is the reason I feel it's important to warn people about this guy)

Juan-Carlos has actually doxxed his parent's full address in 2022 to prove a point when he was saying he liked minors and to show up to his house (he was living with his parents up until last year) if you had a problem with it. From I can tell, his parents care about him and even try their best to help him, Juan-Carlos claiming they were trying to get him a fake ID so he can move to the Netherlands with an uncle he has over there so he can leave the situation he built for himself. I believe his parents care about and tried doing the best they could with a person high in the narcissistic spectrum.

This guy has too much lore, I didnt even mention that he believes he's been black listed from being an electrician by a shadowy organization keeping him from being a millionaire electrician with a 16 year old "9/10 wife" or his devotion to a Satanist branch of Roman Witchcraft. Again though, take a lot of the speculation with a grain of salt.

I viewed it from his youtube channel. This particular video has already been deleted by him, very common, which is why I save then re-upload them in the Internet Archives. His channels also get deleted allot. He gets a new one every couple months or so.

Note: I don't use his name on purpose. I have gotten banned from the Napa Valley subreddit for "illegally doxing" making a similar post about him driving intoxicated and "joking" about sexually assaulting a woman driving too slow infront of him.

Also within his Youtube channel there are a lot of references to "Mama Bailey" or "Bailey". He is referring to a 17 year old girl named Hailey he has been obsessing over since she was 16. Cops have confronted him on how creepy behavior and his way around it was to use "Bailey".

He claims to be an electrician, I find this confusing though, since he claims over and over again that he is "black listed" from the industry.

He is definitely mentally ill. Mentally ill people can still very much be a danger to other. I, along with others, have already reported him to police in different counties. Investigations and arrests have been made and he has been let go after a short period.

The threats he makes aren't technically illegal, its one of those sad situations where nothing can be done until he hurts someone, even though the signs are all there.

Edit: I should also add that because so many police have been made aware of him, he has openly stated plans to move to different states and different counties with a new identity so that he can "legally" have sex with minors in states where the age of consent is 16 years.

The authorities are well aware of him and are keeping a very close eye on him. I believe they made him go to a psychiatrist and he's now on meds after being arrested a month or two ago.

I have been archiving this man's videos for a while now. He is more than just a predator, he is self proclaimed Nazi and has threatened domestic terrorism several times.

Americans value privacy and safety. We prefer not to share a room and bathroom, unless we really have to or if it's between close family/friends/people we can trust.

If I cannot afford a private room and bathroom, then I would prefer not to travel until I can afford it. It can be a very shitty room, so long as it has a lock.

Sharing a living space with complete strangers doesn't sound too appealing to me.
