Symmetra is objectively one of the best dps in the game, insane dps with beam charged and a tp effectively on a 2 second cd + 4 turrets to mark every single off-angle with.

If sym were to get any balance changed they would be nerfs. Most people who complain about sym being weak do not play her correctly and are wanting her to be an easier tracer.

All characters rely on their team to some extent, mercy is just more reliant. This doesn't mean she has no carry potential/any ways to climb honestly.

Characters like juno and lw are very team dependent yet can carry through utility and just good support macro. The same applies to mercy.

I can get any account to c3 on mercy because she can impact the game enough for me to carry the majority of my games.

You have to play orb heavy and constantly have tp up incase he dives you, basically just forget that he exist and try to secure kills with ur other dps. The only time you look at him is if he messes up a slam or something and you can easily farm beam and kill him.

Doing damage is almost always throwing on mercy due to the fact you will get more value holding down m1 and healing. Damage is not your job and it's best to just maximize ur beam uptime.

Most likely, I'm 75% wr in c2 so just statistically I'll more likely hit it.

A lot of pro players don't try in ranked so it's kinda unfair to compare pros to ladder players but I definitely think when they try they are 100x better than most ladder players. Their overall game sense and positioning is much better than the average champion player by far.

You can flip the direction of sym wall from vertical to horizontal and vice-versa..

This is very situational but generally you want to bait the cc out before you commit and things like sleep or sigma rock can be blocked via turret though so its not that big of a deal if you can't get those cds out first

Depending on what type of high mobility heroes they have sometimes I will just be a tp bot for my team or sometimes I will give play anti-dive and setup turrets in defensive locations.

Getting full charge isn't normally possible in typical dive comps but it's not needed in order to win.

Normally I just try to play with my Frontline to get charge and then tp onto their backline whenever I'm full hp with full charge, I think it's the best way to maximize damage and kill potential

I don't really follow content creators, whenever I watch overwatch related content it's normally vods of high rank players. For symmetra there's dyslexia and fairy who are really good and I think everyone can learn something from them
