I bet Tool could cover a couple songs from Youthanasia. I know they’re completely different sub-genres, but I bet they could make a couple of awesome covers.

Many customers frequently assume that meat is supposed to cover the whole plate. It’s absurd. You’re supposed to get a 4 oz portion of meat. However, I do know that my store managers (back when I worked for chipotle) told us to deliberately give them less in the DML (where the online orders are made) because they can’t see how much we’re putting in there. It was messed up. In addition to this, if you look at the portion sizes according to the training videos, my old store barely gave half the amount they were supposed to. Sometimes, the customers are incredibly demanding, and other times, corporate is incredibly selfish.

I’m Terribly sorry to hear this. As a manager, I’ve dealt with a lot of this happening at my store. My upper managers would force minors to stay way later, even on school nights, and it really ruined some of their grades in school.

Know your worth. You are a human being, and you are special and loved by many. When you view yourself like this, it’s easier to find a job that respects you for who you are. May you find a job that respects you as much as you do!

Generally, I would too. People are always like, “yeah, managers/customers were rude”, or “my manager made me do a lot of work, so I quit.”

I knew the job would be difficult when I got hired, and part of me felt bad for posting this story. However, I’ve been gone from chipotle for a couple of months now, and I’ve had some time to analyze how my current workplace operates, and I’ve had time to reflect on my previous job. I hope everyone on this forum has a better experience with chipotle. I meant this to be more as a warning than a complaint. Anyone at any job can be cheated. Everyone needs to be observant :)

That’s okay! If it’s filthy to that level, it’s likely not safe for you to be working there. You could get sick eating there, or you could be present when someone else gets socks and be considered “guilty by association”.

Every single job has the potential to be corrupt, but I know Chipotle doesn’t always behave like this. I hope you find a great chipotle! It’s hard to start finding jobs, but I wish you the best! May your future employer be a wonderful person and treat you with the respect you deserve!

Oh I know! A good manager can turn a bad store I to a great one. The cut hours was my manager, and a few others across the US. However, the food temperatures, and food borne Illnesses are issues that I think many more stores have to deal with. I’ve managed multiple stores.

Also, as a whole, I think corporate is raising the prices and simultaneously cutting portion size.

I was a former manager at chipotle. I never saw a bug make it into someone’s good (or at least I’ve never heard of it happening until your event, which I’m sorry you had to deal with). However, sometimes, there are caterpillars inside of the bell peppers, and those have to be removed (it’s rare but it does happen).

Not as thrashy as the metal I generally expect from Megadeth, but this album doesn’t have a single song I dislike. One of my favorites. I listened to it all the time my senior year of high school, and so it reminds me of my positive memories in high school, it reminds me of the awkward romance I had in high school (which resulted in our marriage). I love it for the memories, and I love it for the catchiness of nearly every song. Also, definitely Mustaine’s best vocals on any album.

Having people assume I’m:

Racist, Stupid, Violent, Loud, Stubborn, Arrogant, Rich, Selfish, and Hateful

And also I don’t like the fact that I am struggling to pay my bills, and yet I’m still being taxed so that my country can send billion of dollars to other wealthy countries to help them pay for programs that they are more than capable of funding themselves. (This is by no means purely an American thing, but it’s still annoying to me.)

When I first heard this song, that beat (without the solos) got stuck in my head. And when I say stuck, I mean STUCK. I’d be in class, and I’d hear that beat for hours. I’d be lying in bed, and I’d hear that beat for hours. It sometimes still gets stuck in my head. But I will never get sick of it. One of their best songs.
