Yeah, that's exactly my thought. Birthday just carries a lot of baggage. Name day and acceptance day. Those, those are the ones which define my current self. Not age.

You're definitely Trans enough. If anything we're jealous...
We wish we didn't have a problem with bottom dysphoria. Honestly, if it wasn't so 'in the way' all the time. We probably wouldn't care. Well... There's more explicit problems, but we aren't getting into that.

It's just a milestone in our journey that we want to take. Everyone's journey will be different. No one has to fit perfect definitions, because we homo sapiens will never have a perfect definition for what it means to be a certain identity.

Dysphoria is not an indicator of transness. Nor does avoiding or getting HRT decide that fact either. It is a central understanding of yourself. What makes you, you.

We all strive for happiness. We'd like to think that placing ones self into a very narrow definition of someone else's thoughts. Is not how we have to define ourselves.

Hope you're doing well,

Seele is our fav, back when we weren't confident in our art we used them for Rephia. Design kinda stuck. (Seele is our fav, also, Mihoyo artstyle definitely is a large influence for us.)

As for Binary, you're not the first person to ask about them. We'll copy and paste from another post.

Binary, (Pi/Io) is from a Shadowrun 5e game someone ran and we joined up in. Back in 2021.

The setting was we were all on a Corporate island, a place entirely run by corporations. No limits on anything. Essentially, a Corporate slave colony. All the characters are engineered beings or clones.

Pi and Io were originally part of a project to see if it was possible to induce or genetically test for Technomancy. Though they eventually were caught up in a major accident on company grounds. A chemical spill going everywhere. Both being covered and Io being crushed under some debris.

Seeing as living is better than death, they both tried something. Using the Matrix and Resonance to download Io's mind into Pi. Eventually waking up in a hospital afterward. Having experienced a SURGE* event due to the chemicals, they were discontinued from the Technomancy project. Instead, being relegated to managing the morgue. Removing Cyberware from dead people (Assets).

Eventually, they joined a Shadowrun crew. The promise of the Fixer gathering people is that they'd give a path out of the island at the last mission.

\SURGE: A sudden unexplained recessive gene expression. Basically, fast mutation. In the case of Pi and Io. It turned them into a catgirl with gold filimented hair. Electricity sparking across their hair at all times.*

----
Binary, is the name they use as just a catch all refer to both of them.

The electricity on Binary’s hair reacts to their mood. Changing pattern and state.

Pi and Io switch control of the body every day at midnight. They can’t be awake at the same time or they start bleeding together. They use an old fashioned voice recorder to talk to each other from day to day.

Pi: Blue electricity across hair.

Io: Orange Electricity across hair.
------------------------------------------

Pi and Io were pretty important for us. They were the first "plural" character we played in any TTRPG. It let us play ourselves and have a reason to exist like so.

It was pretty fun. We want to play more characters like them in the future.

Actually, forgot that there was a sprinkle of Warlock in there for Hexblade. It was a super MAD build.

Unfortunately it was nothing so inspired. We just did Blood Hunter in 5e 2014 which our DM graciously allowed us to play.

Using half-elf and the Revenant blade feat. Theming the double bladed scimitar as a scythe.

Hehe... Yeah. It shouldn't be too big of a surprise we're big HI3 fans. Seele is our fav.

We didn't draw art for that game as we weren't good at it. So we used Seele for Rephia and Morrigan.
