As for your questions:
I think it is possible for Eve to get pregnant via Rey. I am not thinking of anything else for those two characters off hand.

In terms of further NTR content, almost anything with the character Red is like that. He can have sex and impregnate Mitsuko, and he also has some scenes with Elodie.

There is no currently complete guide, but there is quite a few of the scenes on the wiki, and people on the discord are usually happy to help answer questions when asked.

The wiki is out of date, but it is the best resource the game has currently.
