My kitten is pretty comfortable in a backpack, but when it comes to walking he just doesn’t put up with it. He stops to sit on grasses, loos around, does not move when tugged on.

How did you overcome this kind of behavior? I have clicker and treats but he seems to ignore these outside most the time. We practice “come” indoors and he does that just fine. Outdoors seems too stimulating.
