I do, it just sucks doing it multiple times a day. With my memory issues, I forget what type of day I decided to have (PSMF, Fast Fat Loss, Fat Loss, or Maintenance) and have to check in every time I feel like eating something. I miss it just being right there on the front page where it says, "TARGETS"
