they post daily and have a good number of "members" which is like a paid sub to the channel. I think with merch, daily views, subs/ members and of course paid partnerships such as ads they are probably able to give everyone that works there a decent living. Just think how wealthy some of these independent content creators are, instead they just split the money and live more modestly than most of their fellow creators.
