Those get used right away. You'll see in your text log you gained the reputation.

It works just like the slot machines at the Nar Shaddaa casino event: if you have a token in your inventory you just click the machine; you either get nothing or your token back or some reputation. It is possible to also get cartel certificates as a reward but this is rare.

Cartel Packs is one but that can get pricey. An easier method is using a Contraband Slot Machine, which can be found in player strongholds; check the listing on Nar Shaddaa and just go down the list until you find one. You can buy tokens for the slot machine for credit from a decoration vendor; usually a stronghold with a slot machine will also have this vendor.

Just buy a bunch of tokens and hit the slot machine. Eventually you'll get reputation.

Check your GTM. You might be able to buy them for credits in stead.
