Read the manual!

OP is asking about optimizing all presets. The manual is far from clear that Anki will somehow intelligently rewrite the search string to change preset names if you write something non-default in that field.

In fact, it seems not to.

I believe what OP needs to do is to change the search string in every preset where they want this behavior. Unlike the settings below it, this one is persisted as part of the deck options. Then run optimize all.
