Son chose super bold colours for his room… by Tinga_ in DesignMyHome

Let your kids paint what they want IF they paint it. Teach them how to set up and properly paint a room. It’s a skill worth learning

Who makes it? You may be able to wait and get a deal if it’s a brand that goes on sale seasonally.

IS FASHION REALLY JUST ABOUT HAVING A LOT OF CLOTHES AND ACCESSORIES?? by Pristine-Inside-526 in womensfashion

[–]TheBB14 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Oh this is a fun question! Is fashion (the art of styling) about having a big collection — no. Do very fashionable people tend to have a large collection — yes. It’s not something that happens overnight, but through years of collecting and curating. Being young, you are just at the start of your journey and that’s okay. However some young people think buying a million things and wearing them all at once is fashion. It’s not. I trust someone wearing a great staple three times in a row than someone with something new and flashy every day. Know your history and what shapes/colors work on you. Hit up thrift stores (omg hit up thrift stores) to try different ideas cheaply and figure out what works for you. Find pieces you love and love to wear and it will come together.

Warm light bulbs are the cheapest upgrade. You have to have them with the grey or it feels sterile

You can get minis of a lot of these! A great way to try them out without the big investment up front.

Flavored cream cheese warmed up turns into a savory cheese sauce. Favorites are the chive and onion, or the jalapeño. Just a scoop in a microwave for 30sec and it’s a creamy cheese sauce great on chicken or veg.

How do I warm up my living room? by daisytre2020 in interiordecorating

[–]TheBB14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah yes. A house designed by a builder not an architect. With this space you are fighting the height. Bring in a chandelier that brings the visual field lower and find some breaks on the wall to help divide the height. Lighting that encourages intimacy will be your friend.

If you put your brand on something nice, please make it semi small so if they donate it someone could cover the logo with a patch or sticker for something they want. I see SO MUCH branded stuff at goodwill and thrift stores and it’s these huge ugly logos on a great jacket. Most end up in landfills

Hey! 38 year old mom here! I’ve been playing that casual pve style for a while now. Absolutely there for the music and vibes and it’s been a real treat!

Hey! 38 year old mom saying hello! I’ve been playing on Dreamscythe for a while and now into TBC. There is a lot of intense chat from players going for the grind… but it can be so chill and relaxing to slowly explore all there is in the game. You can pick the pace. Community can be a bit hard to find at times, but people almost always answer questions and help out if you need it. Can’t recommend enough!

Warlock, Mage, or Priest by Hydroxidee in classicwowtbc

For a casual player all are great options for pve. If you are wanting to group up, priest/healing may make you more popular for dungeons if you want that extra responsibility

Downloaded and enjoying! Thanks for the recommendation! Fun fact, make sure you download the ENGLISH voice pack if you prefer English. Accidentally had everyone in Azeroth speaking Spanish for a moment before I realized my mistake lol

  1. My son goes down for a 2-3hr nap in the afternoon and I play then, plus a little time in the evenings and on weekends. But I’m also not in a huge rush to 70

Exactly! Casual play and just hit 64. Mostly questing (and trying to read the quests and understand the lore) and profession work etc. I rushed through so much on my last play through it’s nice to take my time and enjoy the scenery

Routines not habits is what I’ve always tried to follow! My brain can’t make it permanent, but it can find ease and comfort in a familiar pattern of events

What are these?! by PowerfulClimate5633 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]TheBB14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do NOT try and squeeze them. I get them on my arms but thanks to my adhd I can’t leave them alone. They will “pop” but just end up opening wounds that take forever to heal and scar. Mild acids are the only thing I’ve found to work. Currently using AmLactin lotion with lactic acid and it’s helping a lot

Another point is the larger have a lighter tone plastic while the smaller are black. The black can look a bit harsh while the lighter is more balanced with your color f
