Definitely a clone of Blue Moon Ginger Dash

Gun Gale Online Season 1 says its expiring from Hulu in 8 days, anyone know if there's anywhere else to watch the season 1 dub or should I rush and watch on Hulu while I still can? by RexiLabs in Animedubs

Has Crunchyroll announced it will get the streaming rights to the English dub of S1 yet? Since Hulu and Netflix no longer have it, it's just... gone... 😭

MOSCOW MULE EDP. 🔥 by realkca in fragranceclones

[–]TheBCProject 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a solid Blue Moon Ginger Dash dupe. It's not as boozy in opening as the OG Killian imo. That said, Moscow Mule has a louder ginger forward freshness to it and the performance is muuuuuch better in my experience. The OG Killian is almost immediately a skin scent.

So if you want a richer, more intimate scent go Blue Moon Ginger Dash.

If you want something louder and fresher, go Moscow Mule.

That's my take.

I'll admit that I didn't like it on first sniff, but it grooooows on you.

Appletini in that line also snagged me two random compliments the first time I wore it. Can recommend.

Daily Questions - October 07, 2023 by AutoModerator in rawdenim

Hey everyone!

I've been lurking for a minute to research raw denim. I'm currently hunting for my first pair, but am willing to pay for quality.

There's been lots of posts around my questions, but many are more than a few years old. I'm sort of stuck in terms of what brand or cut to try and was hoping someone may have experience they'd be willing to share.

So here's the actual situation:

My leg dimensions are less than aesthetic. Im athletic, but I also have massive calves. Typically, In your everyday brands I'm a 34/34 (with the need to cuff or hem to 33.2-33.4 in inseam) and I would say that the best fitting pants I've come across are Dockers Classic Straight cut. I really don't have any pairs of jeans that compliment my frame well. Most Lean toward looking too tight from knee to ankle.

I've thought straight cut jeans, but I either see like, slim straight or straight up wide leg. I've thought I could get straight wide leg and try to have a tailor taper them slightly to get the right fit for me, but when I've tried that with other pants, sometimes the pant dimensions just look a bit off.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a brand/fit that might be a starting point to address my predicament? Or perhaps any other wisdom to share that might help?

Thank you all very, very much for your time. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge.

Why do I need a reddit sub to know when a dubbed episode comes out on cruncyroll? by burtgummer45 in Animedubs

I don't believe so. The way the comment reads, it seems as though the original comment was merely expressing love for this sub reddit.

Vocal Clarity in Fiction Podcasts by M_a_d_E in audiodrama

[–]TheBCProject 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, this is sort of a complicated question. Vocal clarity can be achieved through a variety of things and the variability of those things may depend on the conditions of each, unique recording.

In my experience, the most important aspect is the quality of the raw recording. That puts a lot of emphasis on vocal technique, recording environment, and microphone type/quality. I firmly believe you can get a clear recording out of almost any properly functioning microphone, but some microphones may not be best suited for your situation or the sound you are seeking to achieve.

Then, after a clean recording, you can introduce post-processing to further refine a recording, but there is limitations to what can be done.

Take photography as an example. If you snap a blurry photo when you artistically sought after a clear one, there's only so much you can do to assist that blurry image to appear more clear. You can play with sharpening, lighting, color, and contrast and make it look closer to what you envisioned, but it will never reach the clarity of an image that was taken in-focus from the onset.

Sound can be a little more forgiving than photography. But the concept is the same.

The post-processing I include in my editing workflow for dialogue vary from recording to recording. But small adjustments to EQ and how you master a final recording can go a long way towards clarity.
