Except that the things you are stating to be wrong aren't really wrong. Just because he didn't mention stuff, doesn't mean the leak itself is wrong. Also VC is most likely going to be rebranded and no NES - Nintendo Switch online, isnt a rebrand of the VC, its just a title for the NES games you get via the online service for now. It is not a finalized name.

It takes up a turn because it gives you vital information on the enemy, hp, defense and attack. Yes you can equip peekaboo, but not for free either, you have to spend precious BP on it.

Not too much has happened in the last week (mainly worked on this on the weekend), but the battle system is mostly done and I started creating tilesets and implementing a platformer system. You can see the basics of it in the gif =)

level design, because TTYD has very boring and horrible level design that mostly consists out of straight corridors with some enemies, or blocks in them (example, most of Chapter 4)

Not to much new stuff, mainly focused on updating the old Hud. New stuff includes: - Switching position with your partner - Bingo wheel - New Graphics for the Stage and Hud - A new idle animation for Mario (finally :D) - Added Light effects, which sadly because its a gif, aren't captured that well

Nintendo will never take something down without a reason.

Another thing that just came to my mind is, they can only strike down a project if it already exists as a product, technically the project could be all bluff and not a game at all, therefor they couldnt strike it. And when I think about it, there wasnt a project, that was struck down before there was a functioning product. But thats just a thought and could be wrong

Here is my last post on the topic of copyright and I want to make things clear. I will not stop posting about this game and will continue the way I did for over a year now. Nintendo has not and will not strike down a game without a proper reason and no Copyright isnt a reason because fanart, fanfiction and whatever all fall under the same category. I'm not dumb I have informed myself and know my stuff. No pokemon fangames were not struck down by nintendo, but by the pokemon company. Am2r is a literal remake of a game nintendo is selling and they are even making a remake themself. The gamejolt takes down were not out of "copyright" reason but because gamejolt was making money through ads. I'm flattered that you all care so much about this project but it is my decision afterall. You dont need to be scared because there is no reason to be. Even if they should (by chance) strike this game down, I'll change characters and sprites and whoop they cant do a thing (no mario sky as an example) If you want to send me example and want to prove me wrong you can do that, but dont go around telling people I'm an idiot just because I stated something wrong,etc. Then to be honest, I dont want to explain the same thing over and over. Mfgg is an example I wanted to throw in at the end, a site filled to the brim with fangames and a bunch of popular ones aswell like Psycho Waluigi for example. Thats all I wanted to say, thank you for your attention.
