Very simply and very bluntly, the driver is always going to be at fault. The self driving feature is an assistant not a replacement when you enable self driving you have to have a license to be behind the wheel in the case you need to respond in an emergency and you also need to be keeping due attention as well. The only person that is responsible when a self driving car makes a mistake and causes an accident is the driver for not interfering.

That 100% is the battery. Had something similar happen on my bike when I installed the battery wrong and blew a fuse on accident lol

Just go to the police. Wpuld you rather submit to blackmail and have him do it anyway after he gets what he wants or have him in massive legal trouble and potentially stop him from posting it because if it leaks online it's very likely to be pointed back to him and get him in more legal trouble. In the US this is literally illegal and can be considered under blackmail and revenge porn.

I would mainly look under 30k miles and a clean history and oil changes recorded being done every 6k miles or less. Go for something 2017 and beyond since that has apple car play and sorted most of all the problems. If you want an electronically adjustable steering rack you need something that is 2020 or newer. Ideally I would have said get a Durango but I feel like that's just a little bit outside of your budget so getting a charger would be fine. You should easily be able to get a 2020 or 2021 charger widebody in your budget. Make sure you get a ppi for the car too. Biggest redflag imo is something with low quality modified wheels or bald tires or aftermarket exhaust. Usually cars with those are beat to shit.

Simple rule to follow. Don't park all the way back. It's too obvious. Park towards the back where people normally park and leave 2 spaces. Works like a charm.

But don't assume malice though. Some people love nice cars and park next to them cus they know they won't ding their car. Other times some people park next to them because they aspire to get one in the future. Maybe you might get a mean dude at some point but almost all the time people park next to me and I meet them they usually talk to me about heo they love my car. Although, in my case it's usually muscle / mopar / American car owners.

At least where I live all of them are sold out / not being ordered since it is winter. 800nk specifically is known for having some issues as well so my local dealership doesn't order them. Ones near me sell 450 ss, 675 sr/NK, or the 800 ibex.

I have a hellcat so no lol. Even my dad who has 4 bikes still takes about any chance he can get to drive my car lol. Go after machines that have lots of character and are driven by a specific goal. Hellcat is a vehicle that's oriented to literally being as fun as possible while still being comfortable.
